Root is a nice salon and with the treatwell offer the gel nails manicure was reasonable value. It was not, however, worth the full price of £35. I was not aware that a French manicure was not available and the selection of colours was fairly limited. The member of staff doing my nails was also quite rough, especially with the cuticles, and gave off the impression that she wanted to get the manicure done as fast as possible. It was unfortunately not a relaxing experience. I will go elsewhere next time.
