I visited Root Masters Salon on Wednesday, and I was greeted by Arash upon welcome. He kindly asked me to sit and wait and offered me a chilled drink from the refrigerator. The atmosphere was truly pleasant as I felt personally acknowledged rather than being treated just as "another customer". My expectation is to leave satisfied with the job done and comfortable that my demands regarding the style and the cut have been met. RMS has managed to succeed in this. Looking forward to visit again.
I went in for a wash and blow dry last week and it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I have quite difficult hair to manage and maintain so usually when I go to salons to sort it out I’m not usually welcomed well and you can see from the staffs faces that they aren’t really keen to tackle my hair.
@ Root Masters they were very welcoming and had such lovely, bubbly and patient staff.
The whole experience was great and I will definitely be a regular here, I 100% recommend!!
