Mollie gave great advice and was really nice to chat to, she put me at ease. Fantastic haircut too! Only points of improvement would be more frequent cleaning - my bag came out covered in tonnes of hair (not mine) from where it was sat on the floor - and that the lady doing the hair washing could give a bit more care, she was lovely, and didn’t do a bad job, just was rushing around in between shampoo rinses and slightly made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
