This is a slightly different facial to the ones I have had before and I would say that it was both more effective and more relaxing. The initial water treatment is less abrasive than the crystals but seems to have a more lasting effect. The best part is the serum puff treatment which I found soothing and skin-softening. If you have had a facial here before, I would definitely recommend trying this new improved version.
