The staff were nice but they wasn’t really set up for spray tanning. I felt very awkward as they have to shut the shop and put the blinds down before they set up a tent in the middle of the shop. There was another customer already in there too. The tan itself was terrible I have very bad patchy stained hands and feet and it took her a while to get the sprayer working. I will not be able to wear open shoes as planned for my special occasion which is why I got it done in the first place. Would never go back

I am so dissapointed in my eyelashes.. I booked myself in as a treat because i dont get much of those when being a mother these days.. The eyelashes i paid for where Russian eyelashes which i paid for via the treatwell app but instead i got thin cluster eyelashes instead with missed spaces inbetween all length and no volume, i have infact lost a couple and they where only done yesterday. When i offered to pay extra to fill them in when at the shop (as i felt then they where not of volume enough compared to the ones ive had previously done in several other places) i was made to feel like i was "putting my therapist out" so left unhappy instead. When there i was also offered facial treatments for "my bad skin" which i know is bad at the monent due to hormonal issues which i regarded as highly crass and insensitive. What was supposed to be a treat and a cheer me up made me feel down about myself and upset.
Consequently i will not be returning to the salon.
