Great services, convenient location(parking difficult, so take public transportation). Easily accessible by bus or tube as directly across from the tube station.

I never thought I'd say this about a Hollywood wax but I had a nice time (aside from the pain!) Rose was warm, chatty and hands down the most attentive waxer that I have ever encountered in London. She took great care, and gave me advice about how to keep my skin free of ingrown hairs, including how to exfoliate properly, what with and how to keep my skin looking healthy. Couldn't recommend more. Location is good, and price handy for a young professional. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a manicure treatment on Friday night. Although super busy, Rosemary took time and didn't rush the treatment. It's possibly the best manicure I've had - the colour has lasted, no chips for over four days. Thank you!

So, I was 9 minutes too late, which I apologize again. But I think it didn't matter at all. I was came there with my male flatmate and he wasn't allowed to come in too, which I accepted, but he wasn't very happy. Then I had to wait for almost 15 minutes more to get my treatment, because the person before me was late. (I don't have to say, that my flatmate was very angry, and he thought it's unprofessional, to have just one staff, when the customer are allowed to be late for 15 minutes.) I actually would have had another appointment, but I thought, because she said it will be 2 minutes later, that this is going to be okay. I was a bit annoyed, but what can you do, I needed the treatment. Top Shop was looking more clean. I actually made an appointment for waxing, but when I lied down, she just began to pluck my eyebrows, which I don't like, because it is hurting as hell. I thought she will just do it a bit, but then she said, she's not going to wax it. Which was a bit.. Bad.. I mean she didn't asked me if that is okay, she just did it. There was very annoying music in the waiting area, which was one chair, quite loud. But she was nice, even when she talked a bit too much about her own private stuff. Finally after an hour, yes I needed an hour instead of this 15 minutes, I was finished and late for my next appointment. I was a bit annoyed, my flatmate was angry. She was okay, but.. There are better ones.
