Rose was wonderful! She's clearly put alot of thought and care into her salon and her staff. I was lucky enough to have a massage with Rose herself - she was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process and gave great advice on how to carry out the massage benefits into my everyday life. CAROLINE was fantastic! I think this was the most relaxing and thorough manicure I have ever had. I booked it on a whim and was not disappointed! Caroline went above and beyond during the treatment and made me feel very comfortable. My nails look amazing and she defiantly deserves a tip! The owner Rose also came out for a chat which I thought was very thoughtful of her. I’m very excited to introduce my family and friends and looking forward to book a treatment soon. I had Sol and she was lovely - asking if pressure was right and a good massage - the problem is with Treatwell as with Wahanda before - the booking system isn’t match fit and let’s clients and therapists down - it gives you a time that isn’t convenient - I was 6pm - but Sol had a client - no fault of hers that she couldn’t start me until 6.30pm
