I regularly visit this salon as the staff are lovely and very welcoming. I've always been very happy with my treatments, hence why I return. On this occasion they were extremely busy and short staffed and I thought I had paid for a gel manicure but none of my cuticles etc were done so my nails were not as good as usual. I will still return for my treatments as this was a one off and they are always so good.

Such a positive experience , I booked on Treatwell on a simple recommendation from a friend . I was acknowledged the minute I walked in and seen promptly . Jess my beautician put my mind at ease as I’ve had a negative experience from other local beauty parlours . Jess had general chit chat with me throughout and even provided additional recommendations for future appointments. I will definitely be returning .
