While the treatment was done well, admittedly the premises could do with some TLC; As you're looking up at the ceiling the insulation is exposed. The waxing table faces the door and isn't positioned well for discretion as you're exposed when someone enters, as literally anyone can see in as the beautician enters. There's no heating in the room.
The ladies do the very best they can with what they have to work with, though a few thoughtful changes would make a vast difference in the experience.
