I booked a last minute facial at Rose Beauty salon when my regular dermalogica therapist cancelled. I booked on for the facial deal but unfortunately when I arrived I was told that I had actually booked the anti-ageing facial. As I have oily skin and was having a breakout at the time, the words 'anti-ageing' filled me with dread! Thankfully the lovely lady booked me in for an acne treatment instead at no extra cost because this was not explained when I booked on Treatwell, The facial was great and I was given excellent advice on which dermalogica products to use in the future.
