First of all let me say that this was probably one of the best hollywoods I've had, and possibly the quickest too which was great as I was going into work afterwards. The only downside was that the therapist messages me 2 hours before my appointment saying she had to move it, I messaged back and said that didn't work for me and she allowed me to come at my arranged time. As a result there was some awkwardness during my appointment and we barely spoke 😁 However I don't think that would put me off returning as thus far the results of my treatment are great 👍🏻

Not the best wax I have experienced. A few areas that were not waxed properly, due to trying to finish it too quickly. Not the most attentive.

Both treatments were done really quickly, Hollywood wax wasn't even very painful. Eyebrows are a bit too thin, but I like the shape a lot
