Initially sceptical because the salon is a small room in the corner of a large, modern salon but there was no need to be. Really nice treatment, soft music playing to set the atmosphere as relaxing and calm, offered refreshments on arrival and my needs were catered too. Wasn't the best nor least painful hollywood wax I've had, but it was still good. Much prefer the hot wax for such a sensitive area. Not all the hair was gone as you'd hope, however I was aware it was a teeny bit shorter than usual due to needing it last minute.

I had the dermalogica facial with neck and shoulder massage awarded it 3 stars it was as no massage offered and the treatment was rushed.
