I wasn't given barrier cream so my finger/toe ends and nails are orange. I was told whilst naked that I should shower after 3 hours. I said I couldn't as I was going back to work and I should've been told. I was informed that that 'it's not my responsibility to inform the client' The tanning room is like a broom closet and not welcoming or nice to be in at all. The confirmation email advising to have a patch test 24 hours before the appointment is as sent 24 hours before the appointment, therefore impossible to do. On the plus side the lady was very nice to me after I fell off my bike but in terms of customer care and attitude towards informing me of patch tests, aftercare etc it was inadequate.

Very pleased. Initially sceptical as the hair salon you walk into is very nice but the beauty salon is in a small room in the corner down the stairs. However, the service was brilliant - no wait. The woman providing the service was quick and did a quality job with both the threading and the tinting of my eyebrows and I shall be going back the next time they need doing.
