Wrong description was given on the app because that lady thouraya made me waiting for for 1 and half hour despite of pre booked appointment plus I booked two services and she charged me 37 pounds just for my 8 years old girl’s trim and nd wash … I didn’t had more cash so she took all amount i paid on treatwell app for only one service & i had to leave my treatment for extra charge demanded there Plus wash was done by cheap quality shampoo only . very awful experience. Will never go back there

Book a wash, cut and blow dry for £30-£35. Upon arriving, she told me my hair is “long” not “medium”,and going to charge me £40 instead. After looking at her in-person price list, there was no wash, cut and blow dry for over £35, so, she overcharged me by £5-£10. She told me that I can’t have a blowdry because I will be getting too much “heat damage”. Instead, she straightened then curled it, leaving my curls crispy, greasy and smelling burnt. She charged me £40 for straightening and curling.
