Rose is lovely, friendly and attentive. However on arrival to the salon, it appeared that the Treatwell pictures are misleading, the salon does not look the same. The blow dry itself was okay. I did ask for a bouncy blow dry with curls. Instead I got a straight blow dry which was then curled with a straightener. Ironically I left exactly how I came in, as my hair was exactly like that from the night before having done that myself. I was charged an additional £5 for this. Not very happy.
