I was not treated by Ross this time who is wonderful, I have been many times and suffer with hair loss, she has never made a big deal out of it like every other salon I go to.
This time the woman who cut my hair was aggressive from my entry, treated me like I was disgusting, barely took anything off my hair, but left it extremely uneven.
I can understand the language and communication between staff. What was said about me and other clients was horrific.
