I am completely devastated with how much has been taken off my hair and dread how many years it will take to grow back. I don't think Rose understood what I wanted at all. I said I did not want short hair and I did not want layers and that is exactly what I've got.

I took my little girl for her first haircut. ( Hair down to bum) She was nervous and scared but she has told me she wants to go back and it's nothing to do with the princess cape she got to wear. Lovely atmosphere and so friendly. I will be making an appointment for myself
