Rose tried to be professional. And she seems like a nice person. I had acne concerns. In the past I've had eczema which has left slight hyperpigmentation. She kept saying I should be more worried with how bad that looks. I repeatedly told hee my hyperpigmentation is not my concern and I am happy with my colour. She said my skin was like an 30 to 40 yr old. She was extremely insensitive. I will definitely not recommend this clinic.
