The most tragic nail appointment I’ve ever had. Spent an hour sitting there while the girl was trying to take my old gel off by burning my fingers off with acetone and foil. 1 hour later she tells me it’s too thick, she cannot remove it and I can come back tomorrow to try again?! Total waste of my time and I have an important event tomorrow. My nails look like a nightmare. A trained specialist should know by taking a look at the nails if they’ll be able to work with them or not.
