Absolutely lovely therapist but the wax used in PURE clinics is terrible. It took 70 minutes (and a very apologetic and persistent therapist) to get any of the hair removed, and even after that I wasn’t happy with the results. Would not recommend until they change their wax.

Hello
On Wednesday 28th of July at 5-30 I came to pure spa rose street edinburgh to have a gel manicure & pedicure with Courtney. She told me the gel would not chip on my hands & feet at all & in 2/3 weeks I would need to get it soaked off.
I was thrilled as the next day 29th of July was my wedding & the nails looked lovely.
Today 30th July I have been for a swim & the nails as you can see from the photos have started to peel & chip off!!
I was promised that this would not be the case.
