Paid for a deluxe gel manicure which included a hand massage but never got one. The girl doing my nails hardly spoke to me except to ask me to put my hands in and out of the lamp. Gel chipped only a few days later. Not a brilliant experience.

Terrible policy. They cancelled my appointment and gave it to someone who hadn’t booked through Treatwell as apparently booking through Treatwell makes you a second class citizen. Our therapist was fine, but the other customer’s therapist has called in sick. Really doesn’t seem fair to be cancelled because we booked on this app. We had manicures the day before and they were good & the therapist was nice. Just avoid booking via Treatwell as they may cancel you for someone else at the last minute.
