Terrible policy. They cancelled my appointment and gave it to someone who hadn’t booked through Treatwell as apparently booking through Treatwell makes you a second class citizen. Our therapist was fine, but the other customer’s therapist has called in sick. Really doesn’t seem fair to be cancelled because we booked on this app. We had manicures the day before and they were good & the therapist was nice. Just avoid booking via Treatwell as they may cancel you for someone else at the last minute.

Thistreatment was absolutely wonderful, I felt so pampered and Courtney was clearly such a professional. The only drawback was no music so it felt a wee bit quietbut that is only minor, everything else was wonderful.
