I couln't find the salon to start with, and the therapist kindly came out to find me! I really loved the way she cut and blow-dried my hair, and although I am no good with the hairdryer myself the cut is so good it still looks fine when I wash it. It has kept its shape beautifully. I will certainly go back there, and would recommend it without hesitation.
Really good cut by experienced stylist (salon partner). The experience was a little rushed as his appointments were running late and his assistant had not turned up, but the end result was a really nice cut. Massage chair whilst you are having hair washed is also very nice touch!
Reception good, staff attentive, frank and informative, styling advice and cut & blow dry with head massage all very good. Cost with Wahanda discount very good value and £10 discount off next cut a bonus and a real incentive to return. There was never any sign of a glass of bubbly and as I was the only customer in the salon at the time I did not feel like making an issue of it.
the haircut was ok but the place was old and a buy dirty. The massage was a vibrating chair and the champagne was just flat cheap wine sever warm. Has not inspired me to return! Good luck to then when they refurb.
It was a really good value haircut. Salon is easy to find. It's quite small inside. The guy who cut my hair was very friendly, but slightly unconventional. I'm not quite sure why they billed the offer as a 'head massage' as I didn't actually get one. I did have the most vigorous hairwash I think I have had ever! But I wouldn't call it a massage. However, whilst I was having my hair washed I was in one of those 'massage chairs' (perhaps this is what they meant?) which was kind of nice, but you don't really feel it that much, and I didn't think it was as good as other really relaxing head massage I have had in the past at other salons. Unusual way of cutting layers - the stylist got me to stand up and lean my head over a chair so he cut my hair when it was upside down. Have never seen that before! But, I was really happy with the cut and the blowdry so that's cool and the main thing for me. The ambience wasn't the best, but it's adequate if you are just looking for a good cut!
