The treatment room was quite dirty and run down, and the lighting (i.e. aggressively bright blue) was really not relaxing at all for the purposes of a massage. The staff were nice and the massage itself was fine, but I'd be reluctant to go back unless they cleaned up and changed the lights.

Aurora always does an amazing job- can't fault her. She gets it over with very quickly while doing a great job. I still travel here even though I no longer live nearby!

I booked a lunchtime appointment, however, on arrival the therapist explained she couldn't do the treatment I had booked and that unless I wanted a different treatment I would have to come back 3 hours later. Not ideal! When I returned the therapist I did get was fantastic and did a brilliant job. Just a shame about the booking issue.
