Had a microdermabraioson done, it was nice overall. lady who did my treatment was lovely. Just a shame that the aircon was blowing fullblast cold air and there was nothing they could do about it so I was freezing the whole way through.

Worst experience on Treatwell ever. What a shame. The entrance is a booth in the street that leads you underground. The venue feels like a corner nail shop, like the other reviews mentioned. It is dated and dirty. Could not feel relaxed thinking how dirty everything is in the treatment room. The facial itself was sloppy, didn't clean my face properly and there was residual on my face after the facial. It was so bad that I took a shower head to toe right after the facial. Staff took a personal call after they put my mask on and the mask was dried out on my face. the treatment was supposed to be 70mins but only lasted around 45. I would never go back to this place even if it's free.
