The cleanliness of the salon was not good. The staff were loud and the therapist took a personal phone call while I was waiting in the room. The wax was extremely painful and a lot of hair remained.
Overall, I am happy with this appointment, especially because it was very fast (good as I was on lunch break).
It would have been better to make sure all hairs were removed properly (when possible) once again by the staff before asking the client to check.
