The lady who done my waxing was amazing. However I will not be returning as the receptionist (who is based in India) is the worse person I have ever spoken too. Firstly she double booked me, and called me to and made up a completely FALSE story that someone had fainted in there so please can I come an hour later. When I turned up, the therapist told me that was all a lie. I then booked to come back as my wax was amazing - the receptionist called me to cancel my appointment because the slot on Treatwell wasn’t actually available. However she refused to cancel it for me which means I wasn’t entitled to a refund because it was cancelled less then 24 hours before.
This lady is terrible at her job and is the sole reason I will not be returning. If you have any issues you have to call India and speak to this lady who hasn’t got a clue about anything.
Other than that the wax was amazing which is a shame.

I loved my pedicure! Feet felt soft and well treated, had a very relaxing massage and peeling.
Then the nail polish was applied with much care.
I would definitely recommend and will come back myself.
