The treatment was well done but they had a problem with their time schedule so I got there at 11am for my appointment but the person in charge wasn't going to be available until 1.30pm.

The staff is very nice and accommodating but the facility is way below any reasonable standard. First it is a sun shower not a bed. It is place in a storage room where there is not even a place to put the clothes when undressing. No towels, no tissues, nothing. The machine is very very old, and has not even a fan functioning. I stepped out after 3 minutes cause it was honestly unacceptable. When I went out there was nobody so I simply left.

The lashes were uneven and very spaced out. Not the lashes I had hoped for especially it being nearly £100 I’ve got to be honest.. going to have to get them infilled tomorrow now because i have sparse singular long lashes on their own and it doesn’t look good and seriously unhappy with them.
