Rosemary was very helpful and professional at all times. There was an issue with my booking and she was very helpful straight away. The venue I would rate it 3 stars as it looks more like an office where Rosemary is setting the massage table, but it is very clean and warm. The massage was very good and would rate it 4.5 stars as I can feel I was in the hands of someone with experience and knowledge of different pressure points.
