Booking was brilliant, very easy and fast. The salon had to change my booking though as the staff was not available on my preferred date but they were very kind in finding an appropriate time again which worked for me. It would have been great to have a little more description for each treatment on the Treatwell app as I booked a strip wax not knowing there were more options for hot wax (which I would have definitely booked if I knew!). It was one of the most painful experience, the lady was very nice and tried her best to be quick but I still have painful red marks 2 days after :(

Really friendly staff and a nice clean space! What more could you want. My wax was done really well (and I've tried a few places in Bristol!) and great value for money. Will DEFINITELY be going back!
