Had a great wax with Caroline, she is quick and made it as pain free as possible! The room itself is so nice and peaceful despite the city centre location.
I had a lash lift and tint and I am very happy with the results. Treatment was relaxing and didn’t take too long from start to finish. Very good value for money considering this salon is in the centre of Bristol. Staff very welcoming.

So it was a very relaxing experience and the best part was the service. Caroline was lovely and very helpful and informative. I was made aware of all the steps of the treatment and their purposes, and she made sure I was comfortable. As far as I could see everything was clean. I wouldn’t take off a star on the ambience rating for this as there may be a reason or I might not have noticed them, but I thought plants or candles might make it more relaxing- but then I’ve not really been inside salons.
The peel I could have given three stars as I have not seen a significant difference, but I know it takes a couple or more sessions for the desired affect, and I have enough confidence in this salon and the beautician to have my next one in a couple weeks. I’m giving it four stars as I do think it will help as you can see how it works on blemishes, but it’s not a huge visible change, but my skin does seem more glowy.
