Bit hectic in there and the beautician didn't know I had arrived. However she seemed very knowledgeable and professional and treatment was quick.
I was looked after by Kelly. It was my first time having a wax professionally. I felt like a hairy 🦍 going in, but smooth as a 👶🏻 bottom when I came out. I had my back, shoulders and chest done, was no where near as painfully as I thought it was going to be. Kelly was wonderful, great overall customer experience. Although I arrived half an hour early for my appointment (spent all morning thinking about the pain) they were able to slot me in straight away! I was definitely impressed with my experience and look forward to coming in again 😁.
