Had a pedicure done here, they filled the sink, but the plug was not fixed to the sink properly. So water spilled out, went all over my jeans, in my trainers and on my designer handbag. The staff said sorry and laughed. My bag was soaked!! No apology and the bag cost me £1000. Had the pedicure and my toenails were cut too short and when filing the skin around my toes was cut when filing. Felt like the technician was rushing because they were busy. On three of my toes, only half the nail was painted. Then the lady next to me was starting her pedicure and the sink issue happened again and then went over my bag again!! The lady next to myself was soaked as well. Skin didn’t feel any softer after the pedicure and what should have taken an hour and given a nice treatment took 35 mins. No care was taken at all really. Not impressed with the outcome, half painted over cut toenails, pedicure wasn’t thorough and had wet trainers and bag when I left. I wouldn’t go back!!
