Very pleased with my lovely new gels

I’m a regular here but I was very disappointed with my manicure today, I was left with sticky polish residue around my nail beds and the back of my nails are rough and unfinished - it just felt a little rushed, and it doesn’t match the standard of service/manicure that I usually get here.
