I’m sorry to say this but I have to be clear from the start. This place’s service is below standard and their staff members are very rude.
I was there for gel manicure, when I first walked in, no one greeted me. Then I sat down, the woman who was serving me just left without explaining that she needed to serve another client. Meanwhile she just left my hand in the water. Then a male staff member came to carry on doing my nails. I tried to ask for colour suggestions, however he was like “Just tell me what you choose”. While he was doing my nails, I was trying to tell him that the woman only did half of the foundation work, he went like “Yes... just wait, we are not finished yet”. He then started speaking to his colleague in another language which I did not understand at all. And he left as well without explaining what was going on. Then the woman came to finish off the work. Again, no further explanation about why she needed to leave, why the guy left etc.
It was not even my first time there, I was very disappointed with my experience. And I would not like to recommend here to anyone. No offense to those who had good experience. But I personally think the first thing this place needs to improve is their customer service.

This was my first time at Rosie’s and I had SNS on my natural nails. The venue was beautiful and very clean. I had booked an appointment and was seen straight away. I absolutely love my nails and so far there are no chips! Will definitely be going back. Very impressed with the amount of different SNS colours they have as other places are very limited. The nail technician was quick and efficient. I recommend this place if you are looking for a good nail shop that does everything!

Rude staff, put my hand in acetone bowl although I mentioned I have sensitive skin. Took less than 2 hours although on the website it was advertised as taking 2 hours. Will not use again as it is overpriced for level of service
