Despite making an appointment I was kept waiting as the staff were juggling far too many customers at one time whilst at the same time continuing to accep every walk in customer that came in. The salon was very clean and tastefully decorated but I was disappointed by the customer service. If they want to build up a loyal customer base then I suggest they focus on offering a good service to fewer customers as it felt quite disorganised and I noticed that a few other customers also did not seem happy.
Had an appointment for 2:30 which I arrived around 15 minutes early for was happy to wait till my appointment time however I had to wait until 3 to be spoken to by anyone at the salon which I found quite unprofessional. The salon seems very disorganised and doesn’t manage their online bookings well as other reviews have said the woman doing the waxing didn’t know what she was supposed to be doing and didn’t believe me when I said the price of the treatment I had already paid for and made me show her proof that I had paid which I found slightly insulting. The treatment itself felt quite awkward and uncomfortable, a very awkward silence for the most part. Felt very embarrassing and tense which is the opposite of how I’d like to feel in a salon.I left the salon very sticky and with lumps of wax stuck on me, I’ve now got rashes and bruises on my legs and patches of hair left. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon.
