No record of me booking through Treatwell. Paid for an hour took just 30 mins was also looking forward to the foot massage, best part of a pedicure but hardly massaged the feet. Apart from that was ok.

Did not get to get my treatment in the end. Although I had an appointment, when I walked in staff was rude. Had to wait over 30 minutes. As I was in a rush I ended up leaving. Did not know what I had come in for and was very unorganised.

Despite booking there was a 15 minute wait. Not sure bookings are taken into account when there are walk ins, think they just try and serve you next.
Quite a modern interior and clean vs some other nail bars in the area but service wasn’t anything special and quite high prices in comparison to others.
Manicure part of the service was very basic and rushed. Just trimmed some dead skin but took about 2 minutes. Wouldn’t pay £18 for removal and manicure again.
While I was there I also added on a gel manicure which was quite good, quick and efficient.

Walked straight in and got my nails done in less than an hour! Haven’t had acrylic extensions in over 6 months but I am so happy with these thank you!
