It was clean and comfortable and the massage chairs were a bonus. I waited 20 minutes for my treatment to start and there was no explanation or apology. The treatment felt a bit rushed and my skin was still rough in places afterwards.

Don’t bother booking an appointment, it’s easier to just turn up - I sat waiting for an hour, with no apology from staff. The salon seemed quite dirty and unhygienic and the manicure was sloppy.
