I booked an appointment for a pedicure at 4pm I waited half an hour, no one spoke to me. When I asked how long until I was to be seen, she said another 20 minutes! Seems crazy to book an appointment, and wait almost an hour for a 1 hour treatment - what is the point in booking? There were 2 other women waiting for their appointment too, both over half an hour wait, after their allotted time. Don’t bother going and defiantly don’t book here!

Linh did an amazing gel manicure at such impressive speed, it was clear how skilled and experienced she is.
I visited on a Friday evening when they were short staffed, so there was a slightly chaotic atmosphere in the salon from people turning up for none-nail treatments they had booked through treatwell, who had to be turned away.
However everyone dealt with the busyness and attended to the people they were treating very well.
