The beautician seemed timid in applying the wax, she pulled back the wax slowly which ends up hurting more, I’m lucky I have a high pain threshold. There was hair left in my underpassage and if I didn’t ask her to do my bum area she wasn’t going to do it. I also didn’t like the fact she answered her phone and had a conversation whilst leaving me with wax on.
