The therapist was very nice and friendly but the quality of the treatment unfortunately was poor
The application of the acrylic was messy and I got a few cuts on my cuticles due to the drill which left my fingers sore
She also applied 3 coats of the gel polish which makes the nails look very thick lastly it was a 45 minute treatment which took an hour and 20 minutes
Please bring back the male therapist as he’s amazing and always provides a great service
I won’t be coming back again

I’m a regular client at Rosie’s nail salon and I normally have the male therapist who always does an amazing job and I have never had an issues.
My last appointment was with a female who rushed the whole process.
This was disappointing as I had booked my appointment in advance
When I got home and looked properly at my nails I realised that some of the gel was on my skin, shaping of the nails could have been better. She had also missed the colour from some of the nails.

She is talented and professional.
The design on my nails is exactly what I want.
