Linh is unprofessional and untrained at waxing. I had to teach her how to wax and hold my own skin taught to make a Hollywood wax experience more bearable, she poured boiling cheap wax on my untrimmed nether region and ripped it off in pieces. Then argued with me openly in front of customers and told me never to come back for refusing to pay £10 extra for the most traumatic wax of my life. I will await my refund and not return Linh, but you shouldn’t humiliate your regular customers in public

Neat pedicure. Very thorough. :) I had some ingrown nails and Linh really took care at removing them (at another place, the nail lady didn’t bother and left it which became painful the next day)
