I love Rosie’s nails but what I didn’t like was that I felt I was treated differently. I entered the salon & was greeted with a hello - at the time of my appointment (10am). I wasn’t asked what time my appointment was or asked any additional questions. However 20 mins later another older lady walked in & was greeted with “hello how can we help” which gave her the opportunity to express her appointment was at 10:30. I then said “mine was at 10”. Nothing was said. They did apologise when I satdown
