Really great service from the member of staff who did my pedicure and manicure. However I was charged an extra £10 at the end despite having already paid via Treatwell with no explanation as to why. This is obviously somewhat disingenuous pricing wise via Treatwell, so do bear that in mind when going here.

Nails were rushed and wonky. On day 3 one nails came clean off and the other nails were peeling at the side. Staff tried to get me to change my appointment time last minute and when I explained I couldn’t make an earlier time responded with “fine! just come for 7”. Do not waste your money here. Staff are extremely rude and were very unhelpful and dismissive when I went back to get my nails re done. The manager did not care that the nails were poorly done or that her staff were rude. AVOID!!
