Please don’t book to go here. And if you do make sure you don’t get your nails done it’s Linh. His customer service was shockingZ Made an appointment for 12 and prepaid and didn’t get seen until 12:30. Asked how long it would be and he told me to go elsewhere. Then once he started my nails I asked him to remove some residue from some nail varnish I had on before, to which he replied “it’s your fault” which was a bit strange. Such a shame because there are a couple of very skilled technicians there, but I won’t be coming here again. Because I complained they didn’t do the procedure properly on me and missed out some steps so as soon as I left the shop a load of my nails were smudged even though I was assured they were dry (I got SNS). My nails are really uneven and bumpy. I wanted to go back in to get them fixed but I’m dreading waking in there again.

Great infills - they always last for ages and look fantastic. Rosie’s has the best choice of colours too!
