The range of colours was amazing but when he was doing my nails he cut too hard and caused my finger to bleed. He carried on with the manicure but it resulted in a bad job all round. Not impressed

I’ve been before and I think it’s run well and have always been happy with my results. On this trip whilst filing my nails blood was drawn as she filed right into my skin. It’s still painful to the touch. And I know I probably should’ve asked for a discount of some sort or something. But I also jus assumed that if you make a client bleed that you’d charge less! So debating on whether returning. I know mistakes happen, it just could’ve been handled a bit better x

Easily the best manicure I’ve ever had! The shape is perfect, the painting so neat and even, and all done in less than 30 minutes! 100% would recommend
