I booked and prepaid for a slightly more expensive manicure but only got the standard- I was even asked to pay the lower amount after, despite already paying. I haven’t had a manicure before so don’t have much to compare too. Shaping and polish of nails is good but I think the acrylic and gel nails is what this salon specialise in (the person next to me has amazing ombré nails applied) Unfortunately my technician started hoovering and emptying bins while my nails dried which wasn’t great
