Very happy with my pedicure, but I would suggest leaving yourself an extra 30mins as I was waiting that long for someone to start my treatment. It was a Saturday morning so I understand it’s probably their busiest time but there were several people around me who had somewhere to be and couldn’t afford to wait. I wasn’t in a rush so that was fine for me. So I would recommend but would also warn to leave yourself an extra half hour beyond the treatment time

I booked for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and the total experience took 2 hours. Most of the time I was there, 3 staff were just playing with their phones. I feel like one of them could have done my nails at the same time my pedicure was being done so that the whole thing didn’t take so long!

I have been here a couple other times and it was good but I didn’t love my experience this time. The guy that did my manicure this time wasn’t very good at giving instructions about when to switch hands which made it all a bit confusing. And at the end instead of giving me a hand and forearm massage like they normally do, he just squirted some lotion into my hand and told me to rub my hands together. Overall it was a bit of a strange experience and I’ll probably think carefully about whether I go back or to one of the many other places in forest hill.
