Service - wax with Naomi
Staff- POOR customer service. Naomi refused to wait outside whilst I undressed which is rude and very unprofessional. She struggled to wax all the hairs on my skin and I had to ask her to go over certain areas multiple times. The wax was too hot and she was very messy throughout the whole process. This was not a relaxing experience at all, she is heavy handed and applied too much pressure on my skin. Overall I was not happy with the outcome, I received a terrible wax.
Shop- The state of the shop is appalling and unhygienic. This place is dirty and there is no lock on the door, a piece of wood is being used to keep the door shut. The wax pot was filthy.
Please don’t waste your time or money here.

Booked a wash and blow dry along with ponytail installation for my birthday party. Both stylists were very pleasant and skilled, they made me feel comfortable and I got many compliments regarding my hairstyle. Thank you for making my day special. I will be back soon!
