Good service but the shop setting needs to be tidier and neatness

I showed up for my appointment on Tuesday at 10am and no one showed up. I called the number 3 times and waited 15 mins but the salon remained closed. The money has still been taken from my account though and despite my emails and calls no one has been in touch to return my money (or maybe apologise, but that's less important!) I'm really happy to take down this review as soon as someone gets back to me but I don't really know what else to do in the meantime.

First time visiting Rosybell’s.
Naomi had a gentle technique which I appreciated. She was quick but thorough and for the price I couldn’t have asked for more. I would definitely come back again!
